Creating a secure multi-functional Website for Nm2

Nm 2 provide professional training and consultancy services to the financial sector but they felt that their website wasn't meeting their staff or clients needs. Pastiche Web Studio were asked to step in to create an innovative site that was designed to meet all the users' different demands.

What happened?

Nm 2 provides professional training and consultancy services for the financial services sector. They approached Pastiche with a very specific brief as they required a website which gave all their clients various different types of information, some of which was confidential. The site had to supply detailed information on training and courses including course elements, course dates, costs etc.

Pastiche Web Studio created a website split into two main sections. The first is primarily an information site which enables prospective clients to find details on what services Nm 2 has to offer and how they benefit clients, as well as company details, news, career opportunities and information on compliance. This section also incorporates a ‘ticker tape' style latest news area which has been designed to allow Nm 2 personnel access, so they can keep clients informed with up to date news and stories on a regular basis.

The second section is an individually password protected area which enables each client to monitor the progress of their staff training, as and when required. This area is regularly updated by Nm 2 personnel.

The new website was delivered in just four weeks, during which Pastiche Web Studio stayed in regular contact with Nm 2 to ensure that all their criteria were met.

The Outcome

The new website has been a success with both staff and customers alike. Nm 2 's customers are able to track the progress of their training investment more easily and securely whilst Nm 2 's staff are able to update the website regularly and efficiently. The updated website has resulted in an increase in web traffic and Nm 2 have been so pleased they have referred other clients to Pastiche Web Studio to take advantage of their excellent service.
